精油和其他日化类护肤品如何才能和谐相处？这真是个普遍却又难回答的问题。网上不少精油常识中语焉不详的回答，常让初爱精油的女人们云里雾里；一些所谓的专业解答更是往往一口咬定精油很好成套使用，不然会与别的护肤品起化学反应，弄得大家心慌慌。

其实，精油是脂溶性物质，从某种意义上来说，你可以将它的性质视作精华素。使用时必须将纯精油稀释于冷压植物油内，或混合乳液、乳霜来使用。那选择怎样的基础保养品才能既安全又很大限度发挥精油的效用呢？请你参照以下的精油护肤法则。

　法则一优选无香料、无颜色、不含任何有毒化学物质的纯植物基础产品

有一类基础乳液、乳霜是专门用来混合精油使用的，其主要保养成分由冷压植物油、植物有助于耐缺氧化剂、高水分聚合分子构成，特点是高度保湿且渗透性佳，富含多种未受破坏的维生素和微量元素，能增强肌肤的修复能力与活力。

在选择这类产品时，值得重视的是它的无香气特色，一来是让我们不会受到人工合成的香味干扰，发挥精油对愉悦情绪的帮助；二来则可依皮肤四季状态、情绪状态、身体状态的更迭运转，适时转换精油自有工艺，很大程度发挥精油效力。例如夏天可选用令人快乐清爽的杜松果、玫瑰草、橙花、白玉兰等精油，而秋天则换用玫瑰、罗马洋甘菊、檀香、乳香等温暖保湿精油。

法则二其他保养品以香气越淡越好，成分越简单越好

如果你已经习惯了某款日化类护肤品的保湿乳或滋养霜，那也没有问题，同样可以混合精油一起使用。需要留意的是，你所挑选的保养品一定不能是超级浓香型的，不仅是因为它会影响精油的结果。而且，个别小品牌的浓香型产品，多为选用便宜化学原料，气味很重，需要用浓重的香味掩盖，更加不利精油发挥作用。

所以，建议你很好选用高水分型、无香或淡香型、成分简单的产品，以保湿作用为主，增加肌肤的含水量，也促进对精油的吸收。

法则三精油应避免与能精华素同时使用

精油分子极小，能直接穿透皮肤表皮层进入皮毛层，参与血液循环更新细胞，故有可能带领微细化学物质进入皮毛层，反而会对皮肤造成负担。因此，精油应避免与去皱、有助于耐缺氧化、纳米、美白等高科技产品或精华素同时使用。

如果你仍然不想放弃其中任何一种，聪明的做法是将两者分开使用。例如晚上使用精油按摩养肤美白，白天使用产品。或者涂抹精油15分钟后，再使用其他精华素。这样可以巧妙避免化学反应，也让皮肤在充满活力的状态下吸收精华。

法则四精油产品分时巧涂抹

这是让很多使用者困扰的事情，因为坊间不同的说法太多了。以下几点精油使用原则，能帮助你解开疑虑

1.无论使用何种产品，在喷洒纯露或花水后，优先步骤是先使用含精油产品，再使用其他保养品。白天与夜晚同样。

2.使用防晒产品时，建议于涂抹含精油产品5分钟后使用。这是因为防晒产品分子量超大，难以带入皮毛层，且通常精油进入血液循环只需2~3分钟，涂抹5分钟后使用足够安全。

3.精油产品必须避免与任何化学片装的面膜同时使用。

如果你需要深层滋养活化肌肤，建议正物质混合精油敷面。例如各种冷压植物油、各类矿物泥、燕麦、鸡蛋、奶粉、面粉、药草粉、蔬果、蜂蜜、乳木果、可可脂等物质。

法则五安全调配精油护肤

有些人喜欢在乳液/乳霜中滴入调配精油，以增强护肤效能。这当然是个好办法，不过在具体操作的时候也有讲究。

正常皮肤通常调配比例以0.5%~2%为国际安全引路（具光敏性的柑橘类精油在日间使用下限），即10毫升的植物油滴进1~4滴精油就足够了，如果使用乳液或乳霜调配则每50g滴进5~15滴精油。
